Eric has over 20 years of leadership experience spanning operations, engineering, service, and product management. He earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science from Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) in Engineering Management. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six-Sigma. He is also a graduate of multiple GE Crotonville training programs for executive leadership.
Prior to joining TTG in 2023, Eric spent 18 years at GE Healthcare where he held multiple senior leadership roles across the organization. At GE, he gained deep expertise in Computed Tomography (CT) and Radiography systems, with a significant focus on the design and manufacturing of x-ray tubes, high-voltage generators, and x-ray detectors. He also has a reputation for driving operational excellence and product quality by coaching employees and instilling a Lean Six-Sigma culture.
Eric is based in Houston, TX and maintains a home in Wisconsin with his two children Dylan and Sophie. He also enjoys aviation as a pilot for single-engine aircraft.
