Absolute Imaging Solutions
Absolute Imaging Solutions (AIS) was founded by Mark Shina. AIS had long been a well-respected provider of SPECT and PET imaging refurbished equipment sales and service, and was one of the first independent nuclear imaging equipment sales and service organizations to be ISO 13485 Certified.
Nuclear Imaging Services
The acquisition of Nuclear Imaging Services (NIS) brought to TTG a breadth and depth of experience in the PET and PET/CT modality that greatly enhances the value and thought leadership we bring to the market place. NIS was founded by Mike Hewitt whom now serves as TTG Chief Operating Officer. The NIS highly skilled team of certified Field Service Engineers gives TTG a true coast to coast presence to better serve our customers.
Northeast Electronics
Northeast Electronics (NE) was a critical acquisition that was completed in May 2019 that allowed TTG to enter the New England market of equipment sales and service. Beyond the geographic benefit, the NE engineers brought an immense amount of technical expertise in component repair which has been a significant enhancement to the TTG refurbished parts business.
TTG Equipment Service
The legacy TTG equipment sales and service business had historically been focused on servicing TTG’s turnkey service offering but in recent years had expanded its service reach to focus on third party service relationships in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Molecular Imaging Specialists
TTG kicked off 2020 with the acquisition of a leading independent equipment sales and service organization in South Florida. The integration of the legacy MIS engineers has improved our service coverage for national accounts.
Southwestern Imaging Systems & Service
2020 came to a close with the acquisition of Southwestern Imaging Systems & Service (SWISS), a medical imaging equipment, parts, and service company which includes operations based in Houston, Texas and in Southern California. The acquisition broadens TTG’s extensive portfolio of field service engineers which enhances the company’s commitment to be the premier national leader in customer-centric diagnostic imaging solutions.
Osiris Medical
In April 2021, TTG partnered with Osiris Medical to extend the reach of their shared customer-centric philosophies and expand their core service offerings. Osiris Medical, based in California, had 10 years experience going above and beyond to provide the highest quality of service.
Medical Imaging Technologies
In August 2021, TTG announced the acquisition of Medical Imaging Technologies (MIT) located in Northeast Ohio. With over 20 years experience in the business of nuclear medicine equipment, service, parts, accessories, and computer upgrades, MIT brought exceptional service to Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan.

Diagnostic Imaging Solution (DIS) represents TTG Imaging Solutions brand for all legacy diagnostic imaging business. DIS has the scale to provide turnkey imaging solutions across the country. We focus on providing our customers with an al-a-carte menu of services from equipment leasing and technologist staffing and radiopharmaceuticals and everything in between.
Omni Diagnostics
Acquired in 2015, Omni Diagnostics expanded TTG into the Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey region while also expanding its modalities serviced through this strategic acquisition.
Cardiologic
A long time partnership with owner Dan McNally resulted in the acquisition of Cardiologic in 2019. The acquisition created significant synergies between two significant players in the diagnostic imaging arena in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey region.
TTG Diagnostic Imaging Solutions
The legacy business of TTG in the diagnostic imaging arena had been servicing customers in the Appalachian Region for more than a decade.

TTG Isotopes
TTG which operates 3 independent radiopharmacies in Pittsburgh, Erie, and Houston and delivers products nationwide is strategically building a cardiology focused pharmacy while continuing to serve the ever changing and demanding needs of its client base.
Lakeshore Isotopes
Lakeshore Isotopes, a well respected provider of nuclear isotopes in the Lake Erie region, was acquired by TTG Isotopes in 2016. This strategic acquisition allowed TTG to better service a consolidating healthcare market.
NISotopes
NISotopes was acquired by TTG in 2020 along with the acquisition of the NIS equipment sales and service business. NISotopes was a key player in the Texas Gulf Coast cardiac radiopharmacy market and was one of the most reliable and highest quality suppliers in the region.
